No Return & No Refund Policy (Print-on-Demand Products)

All our products are made-to-order using a print-on-demand process. This means each item is custom-produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference (color/design expectations)

Exceptions (Eligible for Replacement or Refund)

We will only offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 3–5 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Include your order details

Important Notes

  • Please double-check size charts and product details before ordering
  • Slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to the printing process
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
