Shipping Policy (Print-on-Demand)

1. Order Processing Time

All products are made-to-order.

• Processing time:  7 business days
• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation
• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

2. Shipping Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Cities/Towns: 5–10 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service and location.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
• Free shipping may be offered on select products or order values (if applicable)

4. Order Tracking

• Tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp once the order is shipped
• Customers can track orders using the provided tracking link

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD NOT AVAILABLE ON PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCTS

6. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to:

• High order volume (sales/festive season)
• Weather conditions or natural disruptions
• Courier/logistics issues
• Incomplete or incorrect shipping details

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

7. Address & Delivery Issues

• Customers must provide accurate address, PIN code, and phone number
• If a package is returned due to:
  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Customer unavailability

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution (replacement/refund if confirmed)
